  NEW ACCOUNTS are shipped: (a) C.O.D. Certified Check or Money Order, (b) Prepayment or (c) Credit Card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover.  If you wish to use your credit card we will need your Name, exactly as it appears on your card, Account Number, Expiration Date and statement billing address.  Please have this information available at time of ordering.  All new accounts must have a Business or Tax I.D. number.

OTHER CREDIT TERMS such as C.O.D. Company Check and Net Terms may be requested by submitting a completed and signed NALPAC Credit Application for approval.  Credit applications are available upon request.  Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for processing.

RETURNED CHECKS will result in terms being changed to C.O.D., Certified Check only.  All pending orders will be held until the balance is cleared.  The customer will be charged a bank service fee of $35.00.

LATE PAYMENTS will result in all pending orders being held until payment is received.  Chronically late account’s terms will be changed to C.O.D.  Any costs incurred by NALPAC in the collection of a delinquent account such as, agency fees, attorney fees, or court costs will be charged to the customer.  This includes finance charges of 1.5% per month (Annual Percentage Rate = 18%) on all past due balances.

SHIPPING:  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement.  Back-orders are shipped at the customer’s request only.  All orders are shipped via U.P.S., FOB Ferndale, MI, unless other arrangements are made.  The customer is responsible for all freight charges, C.O.D. fees, insurance and handling charges.

REFUSED ORDERS:  The customer will be charged up to a 25% re-stocking fee plus all applicable freight and handling charges.  If the customer wants the order re-shipped, the additional freight and handling charges will be added. Further, the customer may be asked to prepay the re-shipped order.  If the fault lies with Nalpac, the order will be fully credited or re-shipped at our expense. 

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES: Any damages or shortages must be reported to customer support at NALPAC within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  All merchandise leaves our warehouse in excellent condition.  If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you must file a claim with the carrier at time of delivery.  Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

RETURNS:  Only manufacturer defects or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for return.  The merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and free of all customer markings, tags or stickers.  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Any return deemed “saleable” is subject to a restocking fee or will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.  Items discontinued by Nalpac or the manufacturer are not returnable and no credit will be issued.  Authorizations expire 30 days from the issue date.  Call NALPAC Customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
